For rural American artist Bonnie Mohr, life is about the country, the people who nurture it and the animals who dwell in it. From her second floor farmhouse studio, each oil painting captures the essence of rural life with all its quiet pleasures and rich rewards. Mohr especially loves cows- grazing, eating, snorting, stomping, or smiling (because cows do smile). She has gained international recognition for her fine bovine and country classic art works. Mohr continues to dairy farm with her family, raising their children and painting the sights of rural America.
